  Exactly, if my job was more physical and required me to lift a bunch of stuff I'd prefer men to help with the manual labor. If it was more of a desk or office job I'd rather socialize with women.

  Alright, my real answer is that it really depends on the work ethic. I don't associate gender with useful, hardworking individuals. It really doesn't matter, as long as the individual is helpful and willing to cooperate.
