I prefer working with women, I get along better with women.
I work a real, non office job fabricating metal, So I really don't have much of a say.
Honestly both are the same at work. It’s not gender. It’s professionalism.
I agree with you.
Honestly I prefer working with women to men. I also prefer them as friends. I find them easier to get on with and talk to and honestly interact with over men. I always have done as well.
I prefer working with women, but all depends on the type of work.
Exactly, if my job was more physical and required me to lift a bunch of stuff I'd prefer men to help with the manual labor. If it was more of a desk or office job I'd rather socialize with women.
I have no preference but I had to pick, women.
I'm a straight male and prefer working with women in any setting
Men, I feel like women usually bully me more.
Honestly I hate working with women
I prefer working with men.
No preference, I get along fine with both.

Men... Less drama
I really don’t care who I work with.
Both are okay
Doesn't matter
It really depends on the work.
I prefer a mix of both.
women don't belong in the work force
It depends what I'm working
Women they get shit done. Guys lag it.
I get along with women better.
Men. Women are difficult to work with.
In my line of work it's male dominant so males.
Does not matter to me.
I prefer not working at all luckily
I don't have issues with etiher.
Neither
Alright, my real answer is that it really depends on the work ethic. I don't associate gender with useful, hardworking individuals. It really doesn't matter, as long as the individual is helpful and willing to cooperate.
easier to work with men
Too much drama with women sometimes.
Women
Yes.
Definitely women
It depends.
Men.
