That is a bit vague, as most OR staff wears those green scrubs: surgeons/physicians, nursing staff, anesthesia, surgery techs...
Basically anyone in OR tends to wear those scrubs. Though at my faculty, some areas of ICU, L&D, and Central Supply also wear those green scrubs as well

It depends on the facility as far as their color coding. Where I work navy blue are nurses, black is LPN, gray is your NA’s, green is RT and so on.

Hospital staff: Usually nurses, ward boys wear dark green uniforms with white. Sometimes doctors wear dark green uniform while doing a surgery on a patient.

I don't know. Some one mentioned the color code to me not too long ago but I dont remember at all.
