Owadays, at least in Az a lot of jobs are requiring you to have your BSN, or achieve it w in a certain amount of time upon hiring. An ASN compared to a BSN obviously as you know is a difference of two years. W a BSN there’s more as far as training in management or things like cases management, etc, etc.
BSN is much more challenging. I didn’t realize they still did 2 year LPNs anymore. BSN gets paid lots better and is starting path to eventual Nurse Practitioner. I know a 10 year in nurse who went to NP school. She could get in because BSN.
4 year. Get your BSN/RN. The pay and opportunities are better.
