Well I work as a registered nurse in a hospital and I like it but I will likely go on to an advanced career at some point. Nursing has it's up and downs for sure but so does being a doctor. It would depend on a lot of things such what your specific interests are, what your grades are, what kind of commitment you want to make to schooling and training. Sometimes I wish I would have figured out sooner, when I was younger that I was interested in healthcare because I might have choose differently. With more schooling there are advanced careers though that nurses can go into, like being a nurse midwife, nurse anesthetist, nurse practitioner, management/executive leadership or nursing educators/professors.
My advice would be to see if you can talk to people on both professions maybe see if there are some job shadowing opportunities at hospitals or clinics. Also if you're in college now maybe talk to a career counselor.
Both jobs you are going to be dealing with other nurses and doctors who could mistreat you until you have graduate and no longer have to be supervised. I feel with nurses they tend to deal with more abuse compared to doctors because the nurses are the ones who are constantly looking after the patients where doctors only see thr patients for like 5 to 20 minutes before they leave.
Whatever you decide you have to work out if either of these are 100% what you want to do

Good as in how?
Rewarding? Probably
Pay wise? Around me it's crap
Job prestige? Again morally good, but not as good in practice.
