As for Sloppy Joes & I haven’t had them in a long time & in the future if I do have them I’ll try adding coleslaw on top & give it a try.

I like coleslaw on top of pulled pork sandwiches the mix works really well.

i've never heard it put on those. i've heard it put on pulled purk, chopped beef, but those aren't sloppy joe's. to me a sloppy joe is spaghetti sauce and hamburger if you don't have money for manwich. i hate both of those because they are sweet. sweet meet is generally not a good sensation for me.

but even though i've heard of this and dislike the sandwich; i've never tried it. probably because i hate coleslaw too. i wouldn't mind it if it was drained, but it tastes and looks weird.

No. A Sloppy Joe is served hot, and should stay that way. Cole slaw would cool it down. Having said that, slaw on the side might be interesting.
