I don’t love mayonnaise, so I don’t really love coleslaw. Potato salad is really the only thing with mayo that I’d go out of my way to eat. Maybe I’d have it if it was part of a BBQ pulled pork sandwich or something. I had a vinegar-based cole slaw once though, that was pretty solid👍

Oh, yes! Make all of our own. Make own potato salad, slaws, tossed salads, julienne salads, bean ("calico" in some areas) salad, olive salads, etc. Store bought is just SO expensive for tossing the ingredients into a bowl and mixing a bit. I understand that there are people who have their whole days tied up with work, etc and need to get some pre-prep food, but for the most part, they are the ones missing out on real treats!
One time at a church pot-luck dinner, they had everyone who was bringing stuff for the "soup" category, just bring in their some of their favorite broth-based soup. Regardless of flavor- chicken or beef being the most prevalent- they tossed ALL of it into a giant pot, stirred it up and it was remarkably tasty!
Yes, but only with fresh cabbage. I mean cabbage now is 6 months old that was stored in inert gas atmosphere. It's tasteless
Occasionally.
Fun st Patrick's day fact. The Irish like coleslaw with lasagne

Yep. There are different recipes and I like most of them. It's great with ribs or on a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. But it's a great side with other dishes, too.
It's been a while. Last time I had some was probably when I ate out sometime last year. I think I only prefer to eat it on sandwiches like hotdogs or burgers.
Yes. On hot dogs. With different meats and others. It's good for you to a certain extent.
I'd prefer to make it myself. Most of the time others make it with sucrose or high fructose corn syrup. In general, it's very tasty and doesn't need those human-poisons.
Yes, and I have a great recipe for some good homemade coleslaw, if I can find it. I do remember it includes Horseradish Sauce and Splenda. I'll have to dig it up.
Tastes great with fried chicken; an awesome combo. I only eat it with that. Others have wanted me to eat it with BBQ ribs, but ribs are so good by themselves, I just want the ribs. 😛
not if i can help it lol i won't go out of my way to eat it, but if it's already on a sandwich meh
Yes, I like potato and macaroni salad more, but I’ll eat coleslaw.
Not very often, and rarely at home. At a restaurant, if coleslaw is served with the meal, I gladly eat it.
Yes I love coleslaw when it's homemade, but some of the boughten ones from the grocery store or fast food restaurants are not worth eating.
No, I've honestly never been into coleslaw.
Sometimes. Most of the time it's not quite the way I like it!
Yes because it's generally the only vegetable in fried chicken places. I love fried chicken.
Yes I do. I just finished eating it with my dinner tonight
Yes and it is good on pulled pork sandwiches
