Most likely not. It isn’t enough to just have money unless you’re rich or something. Usually they go based on your credit score, your length of time at a job because they want to make sure you have a steady income to pay rent, also your rental history. You may have to put a security deposit down, also when it comes to lights as far as who provides services for electricity they may do the same as well.

Depends honestly. Lots of placing make you have a secure job and do also look at credit. Credit matters most, although they may still give you crap about the fact that your job is only a temporary job

@asker that would depend on the who is renting out the apartment. From my experiences they usually look at employment / credit, although if I were you , I wouldn’t offer up that kind of money to the renter unless if you are in dire need because you don’t necessarily know what you would be agreeing to.

Yes but again that depends on what the renter says. A lot of them won’t negotiate on their requirements but you never know until you try

By my math, you can’t hope to pay more than 9 months rent on that apartment; even if you have very minimal expenses. So, whether they let you rent it or not, I think you will be in trouble.

A lot of apartment complexes want proof of stable work history. I'm not sure they would jump at giving you a lease with only three months, however, you might be able to better your chances if they let you pay for 'x' number of months up front.

You might be able to find a private party who will do so. Most run by property managers with want a cosigner or a substantial security.
