It is hard to tell without knowing the jobs or industries you are interested in.

I don’t believe there’s a certificate that would guarantee a job based on the certification alone.


Maybe increase your likelihood of getting a job, but not guarantee.


If there is ANY room for human-error whatsoever, other factors will play a role, such as your prior experience and how well you do during your interview.


If there is a job that you can get without an interview and without experience and without a resume and be based on a certification alone, it’s likely going to be either a job that doesn’t require a certification or a job that can easily be outsourced to AI or software.


Guaranteeing yourself a job is more about your prior experience, showing your employer what you’re capable of (e. g. a portfolio of work), and doing well during your interview.


If you have no experience and no portfolio and no case studies and no recommendations and no network and no resume… Well… You’ll need to start somewhere. You’ll likely have to find an entry-level position in an industry you want a career in, and then slowly and gradually work your way up yo the top.


I started as an office assistant, making minimum wage.


I’ve grown my experience and resume since then at different companies and now I’m in upper management, managing projects, training teams, and making hiring/firing decisions.


I’ll be starting my own company in a year or two.


I started from the bottom and worked my way up to the top. Unless you have connections to help you start on a higher rung, you’ll likely need to do the same.

By the same token, having no qualifications does not bar you from getting a reasonable job if you have the right aptitude.

Look for accreditation for the courses, both online or offline. Udemy and LinkedIn Learning DO NOT give accredited courses.

Employers need some sort of accredition. As a token og quality. Coursera is a good platform. But a bit costly too.

You may have seen big companies on Udemy's website. If you look closer, you see that these people are already the employees of the corporations. They are just expected to get an introduction to the course. Nothing more. Just a touch.

But you need to become an employee.

Big difference.

A concealed carry permit. There's a TON of job opportunities in the fields of "going away" and "not hurting me". There are legal issues, though.

Realistically, no certification guarantees a job; they just make it more likely. I've heard that we're due for a MASSIVE shortage of airline pilots over the next decade, though; if that's true, it'll drive companies to take a chance on people they passed on before. That license is NOT cheap to get, though.

What thing do you like so much that you would do all day long, and enjoy it?

Your best bet is on that, as there's where you are most likely to invest dedication and progress.

And if it is something with no much demand, spin it a little bit. For example there can't be so much demand for paintings, but there's more demand for logo design or 3D modelling. Being all of them alike in many ways.

Without college experience, there are some certificates that are more likely to have you found as a suitable candidate. Fork Lift certificate. CPR certification. RAMP (Whatever your state’s equivalent that allows you to sell alcohol).
