How would I know I'm qualified for a job?

I'm getting denied left & right.

I thought I had pretty decent qualifications. But barely anyone is accepting of me.

How to ramp up my job searching to gain more interviews and offers?

I have a really good resume & cover letter my friend who used to job coach helped me on it.

Maybe I'm searching for jobs that are over qualifying? How to know I can be perfect for a job

Are you getting interviews at least? If you are, then perhaps you need to work on your interview skills. It helps to research the company beforehand. You should walk in the door knowing as much a you can about them.

Correct. I've only had maybe 4 or 5 interviews. My nerves have depleted by interview 3 the most important one I did not get. But I'm not making it past round 1 of interviews.

Somethings gotta give. I guess I seem too much of a people pleasure to people. How do I practice.

All you can do is apply, apply, apply.
For every 10 that say no, 1 will then say yes. Just keep going, good luck!

And also remember that for every ONE position they have open, they can have upwards of 200+ applicants easy...
