I won’t do a graduate degree at any school other than Waterloo, Queens or the University of Toronto or a top 10 school in America. If I can’t get a graduate degree at a top school, I won’t even attempt a graduate degree.

As someone who hires people all day I really just look to see if the degree checks a box. I rarely care which school it's from. And out of all the companies I work with only a couple cared where and even then it just needed to be good named schools not top 10.

You aren't paying for a better program you're just paying for better treatment.

Yeap. Considering studies have shown there is 0 benefit to ivy league schools for education than any local community College or local university. The only benefit, is prestige.

@Malwins3 I went to one. I can say that at the undergraduate level, with few exceptions, their programs are not better. A school with a large population of children from the elite will not be tough on those students these days.
