What do you think of bosses who refuse to pay their (eligible for OT) employees after hours of work they just did?

I quit a job where the boss used to shortchange me on overtime pay all the time. I got fed up and quit.

My former company owes me 60K+ now because of unpaid overtime with added fees and interest. Attorney is getting it for me.

Problem is lots of companies make you sign an arbitration agreement so you can’t.

Well it’s normally contingent upon employment. Some states make it not mandatory, but most do.

Then don't go with that company. But if you do sign it, talk to a lawyer because local laws may supercede that agreement.

Sorry not gonna pass up on a high salary just for that. There’s ways around it. I’m in the process right now with an attorney. Usually they sent a demand letter pre-suit and it can settle before any action is commenced.
