My manager has not said any complaints about me, but I’m told that one of my coworkers is on their third late warning and always hear about how they should be doing better by now.
However, when I compare our posted schedules, I see that my coworker has 25 hours scheduled for the week, but I have only 18. Not only with that coworker, but with everyone else as well, who has hours up to the 20s while I'm stuck in the 10s.
Do I even bother to request extra hours, or does my manager have a problem with me that I don’t know of?

You should show enthusiasm and just ask for more hours
