It depends how I feel for that person. In this case I'd try to fight for him cause I used to like him but I'd be so angry and cry probably but take it to the chin and realize going in whatever happens is meant to
Verbally stand up for myself. 9 times out of 10 I win the battle. Because most bosses are bullies until someone stands up to them... what's to lose? Not my job!! Go to HR too that always works
I work hard on top of that, I go to him in a nice manner, I just wanna make my money and pay some shit off and leave. I'm not some idiot, I have an honours degree in politics/economics. I've worked for 3 major banks, I have customer service experience and call centre experience. I am respectful and I am willing to learn and take advice. But this guy is an asshole and I think he's one of those guys who is full of himself. I want to ask him to his face, in 10 years what if I'm a manager of a business or company and your kids work for me, do you want me to act rude with them. But people like him are ignorant they won't change, they try to come across as strong but its annoying a joke. I won't stay with this company that long. When I decide to quit, I won't even give two wks, ill milk the time by working slow or just leave half way into my shift and say peace out. I work alone and basically do a job thats meant for 2 people but 1 person does it. People are fed up with rising costs of living and the government making absurd rules and companies taking advantage of hard working, nice people. Society will have a breaking point of working 40 hrs a wk, on a pay cheque that is not livable income. I expect there to be anarchy in the future. Usually when supervisors or managers or people in charge act this way, either its the individual themselves being assholes or its the main boss telling that person to act rude with employees below them. If that's the case, I don't care if the company I work for crumbles.
Right now im stuck in a warehouse job that's depressing, the economy sucks and it's the best I can do, but I am positive that I will land something much better with much better pay. This job is not my future and the people I work with I won't bother speaking to again when I quit.

I’d quit within my 3 month trial.
I'd speak up for myself tbh
what if they told you to your face, then leave (meaning quit). How would you respond then?

Sorry wrong question LMAO
To answer yours I'd fight

Thing is this is a small company and it makes it awkward. They have 1 person running HR. They won't give a fuck about me tbh.
Yes they will
I went through the same thing. Have an open conversation. Go the route like you're trying to make amends that'll keep your job
I really dont like the job, they over work me and dont pay me enough
im looking for other jobs in the meantime
There's plenty of bullies in the work place I'm sorry they are so shitty to you. They will get their karma don't worry

Hey I don't blame you
However long it takes to find another job.
You’d stay with the company even if they treated you like shit?
