One the managers put his notice in last week.
another girl left the office out the blue and went on the sick for mental health.

also when I first started a few months ago everyone would told me that nobody stays long in the company and even the manager says he hopes I would come back after the festive period which made me wonder

I worked in a place like that. Hardly anyone was there for more than a year. It was a horrible place to work. They did me a favor by firing me. You should just quit and find something else.
