Do you honestly feel we are leaving in the end of times?

I remember when I was a childbmy grandmother would tell me about the end of times. My grandmother today at a family reunion was telling us my cousin and I about how everything now a days has changed over the years. My grandmother also told us about back in the day people attended to be more respectful and mindful. Now a days people on their 30s act like children. I noticed that to. My grandmother told us that her mom my great grandmother when she was growing up in France she would get in trouble for the smallest things and how parentsbknew hownto discipline their kids and teach them moral. Now a days teachers are quitting all because how toxic the school environment has become. Also my grandmother told us people attend to be more caring with each other. Now people are self centered. What do you think?

Yes people are more sel-centred, selfish and have much decayed morals even from when I was a child and even more so from when your grandmother was much younger. Divorce rates are way up snd couples don't tend to even entertain the idea of a monogamous marriage and friends with benefits has become the unbridaled norm and the hook up culture is unprescented, I must receive at least three hookup offers every week, and I'm not even looking for a hook up nor do I want one, our politics are at such a terrible state, politicians are largely looking for personal gain which used to be against the law. What happened to the conflict of interest not to mention biblical prophecy is happening, we're farther along in the prophecies John wrote in the book of revelation then you might suspect. Why are people not able to afford a roof over their heads and basic food requirements, probably because the greed of mankind has soared and I have to agree fully with what your grandmother says and she's lived to see the gross changes that have taken place in not just some of mankind but have become the average way of thinking.

I think so. But too it may have been like that long ago, just not to the extent of what it is now. W social media it’s made it so much easier to see all the bad things going on in your own neighborhood or in other countries thousands of miles away. I think there’s a political agenda going on to dismantle our way of life. Politicians making it illegal to do a lot of things parents used to do back in the day. Like spank your children. You can’t do a damn thing nowadays as a parent w out it being seen as abusive somehow. The same w the schools. I think too because parents have no real way of disciplining kids they just give in to shut the kid up. Like giving the kid an iPad. Today’s typical babysitter, soothing w a screen. Plus there’s just some lazy parents out there who keep their kids under control by shoving a screen in their face. When I was younger, sure I did some dumb things as a kid w my cousins. But never to the point of what you see today like running around randomly punching people. There’s too much gov’t involved w in our families as far as raising them.

In every stage of humanity there has been great evil, great wrong etc. We probably live in the most peaceful time in the world now.

If you read the Bible it says no one will be able to predict when the end is here.

But all "times" come to an end. The world constantly dies as it changes and is reborn anew with new trends, people, etc.

It ebbs and flows. We're just in a phase of entitlement, decadence, laziness and disrespect. It won't last forever. Once the Western empire collapses (maybe a generation or two out) then things will be rebuilt with a better culture.

I agree. The world is a much colder and darker place. Money is valued over everything else and nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions.
