I’m doing the right things working, nice mindset career wise but I haven’t had a job in the field yet. I’m 32 and mental health kinda messed up my work history but I’m getting back on track but I know I’m a loser because I get no women because I’m painfully shy and I have no car

It's not helpful or healthy to label yourself as a "loser" because of your perceived lack of success in the dating realm. Your worth as a person is not determined by your relationship status or your ability to attract romantic partners.
Instead of focusing on what you perceive as shortcomings, try to focus on your strengths and the positive things in your life. It's great that you're working on your mental health and getting back on track with your career. These are important steps towards personal growth and building a fulfilling life.
Regarding your shyness and lack of a car, these are challenges that can be addressed with effort and determination. You could consider seeking therapy or counseling to work on your shyness, and explore options for transportation that don't require a car (such as public transportation or carpooling).
Remember, it's important to be kind and compassionate to yourself, and to focus on your own journey of personal growth and self-improvement. Don't define yourself by external factors or societal expectations, but rather by your own values and goals. With time and effort, you can build a fulfilling life and find happiness and success in your own unique way.
It isn't bad to face reality. Some people are in complete denial and get defensive and bitter about it, so you're already ahead in that respect.
Facing reality vs changing it, though, is another matter. Changing it takes work, both physical and mental. So what steps are you taking in those regards?
Yes I’m taking steps but I get the feelings that there’s no hope I will get married and find the one
I’ve had very fine woman approach me with banging bodies approach me and I very well would have married some of them but my perverted mind ruined those relationships. Because of that I’m not as perverted because I watch porn much less now a days. Still if there’s a girl I want to talk to at work she gets nervous and avoids me, I thought she liked me. That’s the only way I’d approach a girl romantically in the work place
If you don't mind taking a little tip:
Attraction always shows through. You don't have to explicitly tell a woman you're attracted to her, or say anything remotely sexual. All you have to do is talk. Ask questions to get to know her. Your attraction to her will show through.
With most women, coming on too strong is an attraction killer. Play it cool always.
It is bad if you don't get help to improve yourself.
