Should I find a new job?

The owner of my job is kind of creepy. He always tries to talk to me and ask me questions. One time I was hanging things and he touched me and it scared me. Sometimes I can just be standing far away from him and he always ask “what im thinking about?”

He was staring at me at work today when my other coworker was talking to me. One time he invited me out for pizza with like 3 other coworkers and I told him I can’t go because my boyfriend was cooking for me. He throws a full on rage, and then he makes a smart ass comment. He started saying “you come back here and you’re already thinking about that.” Then he rolls his eyes. I’m staring to think he likes me.

That sounds like workplace sexual harassment of worse. Is this a small shop and he is the owner, or is it a big company. If its a big company they will have an HR department and you can report it

Okay what if you're under 18 then you should definitely tell your parents or somebody and yes yes get a new job quick but if you're living with your parents let them know what's going on and quit immediately and also make sure that this guy is reported because sounds like he's a predator

I think he is!!! there was one girl she worked there but she quit. She’s 16 and she was wearing a tank top and he was literally staring at her chest.

Definitely get this guy reported there's got to be a workforce agency or somewhere I'm not sure where you're at but they need to get involved because this is not okay there could be potential harm to you or someone else and you never know how far someone will go giving the opportunity
