Should I take other job?

I’d say ask your current job about a higher position and see what they say about it. Being assertive and knowing your worth as an employee is important and it also shows that you are interested in growing in the company. If they are iffy -definitely go to the job that you wanted for a while
Definitely appreciate this opinion. Definitely will speak to my RD. Now my question for you is. Should I speak to my RD (manager) or should I speak to her boss, or speak to both of the and see what they both say?
Well, there was a few people that had to do with my hiring process. My RD (manager), and her boss, and someone from HR, the friend that referred me, well he just referred me, but had no saying of me getting hired. But yeah, there was only 3 people that had to do with my hiring for the current job. My RD really fought to get me hired, and went out her way with communication, getting me the interview set and all, she had fight to make sure to hire me and nobody from a different area take me, because I was a good fit for the job. I definitely would stay if they gave me the same position the other place is willing. Currently place will be pretty much paying me $3-5 less the the first job that I wanted, and tbh. It not even about the pat that is why I said they can pay me the same rate they currently paying me now.
My manager was happy that I came to speak to her. She even told me to take the other job and get the experience and then come back if I want because it be easier. She said if they give you that opportunity take it because it mean a lot when a job ask you to come back and then offer you bigger position.
True. She really thought I should go for it. She did not want me to turn it dog, she wanted me to take it for growth.
