What should I do? Work 2 jobs to afford to get out of this shitty job or wait for 1 good paying job?

Hello, I am 22(F) & married I currently work in a remote sales position for a telecommunications company, it is a disaster. We don't receive good leads, we call the same customers over & over, and it is very micro managed. A lot of us are barely making any sales. I currently have about $2,300 in monthly bills/expenses. I currently make $19.23 an hour + commission. I got offered a factory job which I would prefer, I want out of sales, but the starting pay will be lower so I need to have a 2nd job to cover my bills. I've been applying to other jobs, but I have had a hard time landing anything within the pay range I need I would need about $24-$25 an hour to live comfortably.

I have several years of customer service experience and going on 3 years of sales experience. No degree though. I keep getting denied by other jobs, I've even redone my resume as well to see if that would make an improvement. I'm not sure what to do, I'm not sure if I should stick it out at my shitty job and wait for something or take this factory job and work a 2nd job.

Also, I'm sure I will be asked what my bills are so here's a list, I've made some dumb decisions hence why I pay so much in bills every month. I have some credit card debt & sold my paid off car.

•$500 house payment
•$50 electric
•$109 furniture payment
•$40 gas
•$227 car + house insurance
•$315 car payment
•$220 phone bill + internet
•$121 braces payment
•$290 credit card debt (per month minimum)
•$35 Best Buy financing
•$70 Best Buy financing
•$200 groceries
•$80 propane (not until colder months/winter)

What should I do? Work 2 jobs to afford to get out of this shitty job or wait for 1 good paying job?
