It's difficult to say for certain why your coworker was watching you and how you were interacting with your supervisor without more information about the situation. However, it's possible that she may have been observing your behavior for a variety of reasons, such as:
1. Learning from you: Your coworker may have been observing your interactions with your supervisor to learn more about effective communication, leadership, or other professional skills.
2. Evaluating your performance: Your coworker may have been evaluating your performance or work style to gain insights into your strengths and weaknesses.
3. Gossip or speculation: Unfortunately, some people may observe and scrutinize others' behavior out of a desire to gossip or speculate about their relationships or intentions.
Ultimately, it's important to focus on your own behavior and interactions with others, and to avoid making assumptions about why others may be observing you. If you have concerns about your coworker's behavior, it may be helpful to address it directly with her or to speak with a supervisor or HR representative for guidance.
she probably likes your supervisor and was bothered at the fact you were interacting with that person. jealousy.
OR
she's annoyed that you are interacting while you should be working!
OR - she was just being normal and you are looking further into something and assuming she was watching for motives when perhaps its' irrelevant to her.
I also want to add that out supervisor is also a female and my one female coworker is an attention seeker.
