Why the recruiter does not answer my email just after the interview even though she told me you can ask everything?

How about: "You are going to have to sit in line behind literally everything else on my plate. You don't even work here, so I'm going to tend to all the emails of people that do first."

If you're just starting a job and your expectation is that your emails will always be answered in 2 hours, it's going to be a very hard experience for you. Or you'll be seen as too high maintenance and you will talk yourself OUT of the job.
