Will he get fired?

My coworker has really bad body odour and has been to several meetings with the office manager. However, I am not sure if the issue has been taken to HR. His body odour is so bad that it disturbs everyone in the office. Can he get fired for this?

Unfortunately it’s a stinky situation & from time to time Pepé Le Pew‘s show up at work & if it happens all the time file complaints with your employer & until the situation is corrected break out your Covid masks & hope for the best.

Unfortunately he can't get fired for it. And I'm not even sure management can say anything about it because it might be considered harassment. There's probably a way for them to talk to him about it but not sure how.

Well, you could always complain about that, and maybe mention the body odor thing while you're at it. But it's a difficult situation to navigate.

You can, you just got to be smart about it. If your business has a dress and hygiene policy, then he'd be violating policy and he can be fired for that.

Its possible he doesn't know. Someone should slip him a nice note - do your best not to me mean, suggesting he bathe more often.

yes but why not just say something to him. That's a lot better than just firing someone.
