This video is not enough to answer this question. I worked Armed Security and in Corrections (aka law enforcement) so here is my take:
Did the guard have an Armed Guard License? Was he trained in taser? Was guarding these specific grounds his assignment?
If yes to ALL 3 of the above, then:
Did guard give this man a chance to leave? Did this man refuse to leave?
If yes to all the above, then:
In what scenarios does the state law where this happened allow the Guard to use force? Most of the time it is only when the guard or someone else is attacked.
Did the guard attempt to call the police?
If ALL of the above answers are in favor of the Armed Guard, then firing him was wrong. However, if even ONE of the above factors was done wrong by the Guard, then the firing is justified.
Also the guy in the video is full of shit in at least one regard: The Guard can order someone to leave, but it is not the guard who will give the official trespass order. It would be the police giving the trespass order after confirming with the guard AND whoever owns the land that the gentleman is to be trespassed. Often, utility grounds are government property so police can trespass people from there without even asking the guard,
