So my cousin who I believe does general labour says he manages 300 high net worth clients at home as an investor relations partner.

I believe this is a lie, cause my dad has at least 2 people who manage his investments and around a dozen people who manage his house repairs or more and my dad will spend 8 hours on the phone to argue his way out of a $4000 debt when he is trying to save money and most of the people who help manage his money due it for business reputation reasons and not financial transactional wealth.

So if my cousin thinks it’s possible to manage 300 high net worth clients, he has probably never even managed 15 cause if he managed 15 medium net worth clients, he would know how impossible it is to manage 300 high net worth clients as a single person. In conclusion: his career for the last 20 years might be fabricated.

Well it depends on what you mean by "general labor". If he's managing something like the cleaning or laundry/uniform services for 300 clients, I suppose something like that is possible. If he's managing the finances of 300 clients, then that's probably an exaggeration at best.
