I am a new grad who just passed their board exam in occupational therapy. I have been interviewing with a company that does hand therapy. I want to get my hand certification when I am eligible. I am going to be meeting with a certified hand therapist who is the regional director for all of the state I will be in. I am really bad at coming up with questions to ask. Any Suggestions? What questions would be beneficial to ask a certified hand therapist, as I am meeting with one as part of my hiring process as an OT for my first job?

I know a lady who is an OT and a hand therapist! Maybe ask questions about the company or organization that you'd be working for if you are hired?
That is a good question. However, I already talked about that with the other interviews I did. I've worked for the company in the past before I went back to school and I just had 2 interviews already for this position. Maybe I could ask what resources would be beneficial for me to expand my knowledge to help prepare me for the exam?
I have been having pain in my carpometacarpal joint at the very base of the thumb. It has been annoying. Any exercises that I can do as therapy for that thumb? (Nothing to do with your job interview. I just need advice. LOL)
What is hand therapy?
