Why did my interviewee not show up at all for the interview?

I had a Zoom interview today. I entered the Zoom 3-4 minutes earlier than the meeting time. The interviewee did not show up. I emailed him after waiting 15 minutes. Now it has been 25 minutes and I still got no response. I told him we could reschedule but now I don't want to. What should I do? Should I join the second time if he wants to reschedule?

Nope. Way it works with us, is you have a set time for your interview. If you cannot make it, you call us at we will reschedule. Otherwise if you don't show for your interview, you won't be getting an interview.

So just go for another prospective hire.

This the first time you've had an applicant no-show? Maybe he got another job. Maybe he's just irresponsible. Maybe he got in a car wreck. Why do you care WHY it happened?
