So I thought I would do three things
1 - Watch visual written script being read in audio form using a word by word reader
2 - Memorize individual words
3 - Listen to music or dialogue to understand how grammatical rules are applied to words

I would still suggest watching some videos in which they analyze Hebrew grammar. If you just watch someone else solve equations, over time you may begin to catch on to some of the rules of mathematics, but, at least for awhile, you won't really understand what you're looking at. If you start off by having someone explain to you the logic of equations, then the logic of variables, and so on, enough for you to be familiar, then when you go on to just watch others solve mathematical problems, you'll be able to make connections. Especially given that you'll know what to expect.
If an English learner has never heard of articles, then when reading or listening, they won't understand the roles of "a"/"the" for quite awhile, sometimes if ever. Some grammar is so different as to be non-intuitive for a learner. But when explained, ESL students will at least understand the role the articles play in the sentence, even if not fully understanding what their direct effect is, given the context.
You'd be better off doing a basic course first to get the fundamentals.
