I have to ask permission everytime I was to refer something in my job because they dont trust me but they want me to train a new starter?

how does that make sense.

they know im fed up from doing less than i was and want to leave so then after asking for system access and materials for the last 3 months and not providing them to help with my position, i have to get permission to do anything. now im at the point of walking they are asking me to help with new starters but why would you let someone help train people when 5 mins before they can't be trusted to do their job.

Perhaps they trust you to ask questions when you're confused about how to train a new starter? I think a business manager values some degree of initiative but too much can be bad too. Someone asking legit questions a lot might be more a more valuable employer and even a more valuable trainer than someone who assumes a whole lot.

i added an update. I've done so much more before and trained people in 2021, I've moved office and treated me like a new person

Perhaps they want to keep you? There's always a threshold I see where you become most valuable when you want to leave until it snaps.

sounds to me like they want you to train your replacement, in case you leave or they choose to let you go

i told my manager i had applied for a different role in the company, she instantly messaged someone and within house i got a rejection, i applied for something else without telling her and no rejection.
