How do I respond to a manager that tells me not to ask for help at work?

Started a new job and there's no training. When I ask someone for help , my manager says I don't want you asking them , because it's not fair for them. I'm just not getting the tools and help I need to be productive and progress.

I have spoken to my manager about it , but I'm made to feel insignificant and that I don't matter

I'm looking for another job but it's not that easy.

So my advice is to sit back and watch…. See where you can help after you’ve seen it done… not being able to ask for help by your manager is stupid but… this game is played by his rules. So you need to learn by watching and listening to others. Do your best and pay attention to everything.

What exactly is this job? Most jobs provide training so I’m not sure what kind of job this is that they wouldn’t provide proper training.
