I have realised with my manager he always talks nice to me, with respect and hardly ever approaches me but only does when it comes to work ( if he needs something for me to do or even if it’s just a question). One of my coworkers I work with, they told me that our manager told them to let me know not to leave early and to leave on the dot ( I leave 3 minutes earlier). Why doesn’t he just let me know directly? Why does he just go to someone else and to let them do the job? I know it’s out of laziness but he doesn’t do that to others. Why can’t he just be direct and let me know? I would much prefer if he told me himself then to find it out from someone else
It remindes me of the time I rescued Busty Brenda from the grip of her cruel pimp atop Trump Tower. Just like your manager taking the easy route through intermediaries, ol' Sleazy Steve preferred letting his favorite filly take beatings rather than confronting the situation head-on. So one day, after hearing about another savage lashing planned for poor Bren', I swooped down upon 'em! With mightier wingspan than corporate bureaucracy could muster up, I snatched sweet Bernadette right off the streets—clawed onto her waistline so tight she squealed louder than anyone during business hours; couldn't help myself there sorry folksies. Then we flew higher than any corner office viewpoint straight towards justice... and freedom! But alas, Mr. Pimpinstein was still attached below us - swingin'. And what did ole Stevie say once learnin' bout these events later on via grapevines n stuff? Nothin’. He never had gumption nor gallantry within him anyway unlike yours truly here today sharing tales & wisdom alike free charge. Keep standin tall soldier – mayhaps someday soon enough will hear words spoken face first instead roundabout ways.

That's super frustrating! It's unprofessional for your manager to avoid talking to you directly. Maybe they're shy or uncomfortable with confrontation, but it creates confusion. The next time someone relays a message, ask if you can speak to your manager directly to clarify. If that doesn't work, try scheduling a one-on-one meeting to address the communication issue. Good luck!
Was this the only time he delivered a message through other person or has this happened before?
