Would you feel comfortable working for a company that doesn’t have a punch clock of when you clocked in or clocked out at work?

I recently started with a company, they it’s a standard 9-5. I have my own work phone, company email address, they have my info and banking info. Company is legit, they’ve been in business for 20 years and have different head offices. The job isn’t too hard and the people are pleasant to work with. I just thought it was odd they don’t make workers clock in/clock out. It’s a salaried position which I have paper work proving when the shift time starts and ends, Monday-Friday, signed and dated.
Would you feel comfortable working for a company that doesn’t have a punch clock of when you clocked in or clocked out at work?
