Why should you try to get a high paying job when you need to give higher taxes with it? I need the justification here. And any way around this?

You can sit down with the Federal and State tax tables and figure it out. Of course you would not normally go for a job "just" for the extra money, but if the higher paying job is one that suits you, then it is definitely something to consider.

because the total is more. a medium job maybe 5000 per month pay 10% have 4500. earn promotions to 10,000 pay 20% is much more but have 8,000.
