What is a corrupt workplace you have experienced?

Mine was at a Kindergarten. They where teaching the kids (3-4 year olds) that they can pick any gender, there are many and they can choose whatever they want.

Not only that I got fired for telling the kids you say "he" to boy and "she" to girl (simple grammer) but that was homophobic..

Even tho I was always on time and did most of the work. The transman who were 3 hours late every day and mostly sat in the break room drinking coffe got to keep the job😂 that's trans privlige👀..

But am glad I lost the job it was toxic and like 2 years ago.

I've had another really toxic job but am sharing this one now:)

Well... i wasn't there to see how bad that is but whateva, gender with children is a slippery slope and... really probably shouldn't fk with that.

But most of all that comes to mind is my delivery job. We were expected to drive in vans that had no a/c or a horn to warn grandma we can't stop and she needs to get her ass outta the way. And it didn't matter if we were dead tired, we need to drive a whole hour away and deliver these packages. Nor did it matter that it was raining hard af and we slowed down for our safety. I saw a lady had swerved into a barrier and her ride was fked. Didn't matta', deliver all packages and hurry up. That was one of the best jobs I got fired from-sweet relief.

Seams like they had rough standards to meet.. some companies really dont care about their employes 😰

I can relate, my last job had a rather bad environment. I worked in childcare and got fired for supposedly snatching a child when I was just acting quickly to get him off the shelves. The mom/coworker spoke very rude to me.

In my experience they always act like you dont know anything if you are younger and make you do the nasty parts.. it can get really toxic. But good you got out of there!:)

No kidding, some people and the kids made it the job worth while but I'm glad I left.

I recently applied for new teaching job at my old high school as preschool teacher assistant and after school staff so fingers crossed that I get it 🙏🙏🙏

My first job after college was working in a billing department. There were seven of us in the depertment and I was the only guy. The others ranged in age from late 20s to early 40s and they sexually harrassed me constantly, mostly subtly but sometimes overtly. They saw it as all in fun, but it was very uncomfortable for me. I was there almost a year before transfering to the finace department.

yeah I agree.. the funny this is when they talked about that one of the kids (a boy) said "then imma be spiderman!"😂 which was basically him saying just let me be a kid..
