    You don't. They have a higher ground. Whatever action you will take, 90% of a chance you will not just loose, but he will make you seem like it was your fault and it was you who was a problem all this time. Be better and have Respect for yourself, just get up and find another job. World will take care of this corrupt boss in it's own way, it always does, even though sometimes it takes years or decades.
