How to deal with a boss who is vindictive and gives me the silent treatemt?

Started a new job and my manager is awful. She's controlling and a bully. During my monthly reviews she invalidates every opinion I have and gives me the silent treatment for weeks. It's starting to affect my mental health. Just don't know how to cope.

First, document everything. Keep detailed notes of your reviews, specific things she says/does and dates it happened. Build your case.

Talk to HR if you can. Explain the bullying behavior and that it's creating a toxic work environment. They need to address it before it gets worse.

A thing like that is bound to cause the unnecessary stress.
It's best to stay patient and be diligent in your work irrespective of what she says and does.
About time either she leaves or you get a better opportunity.
Think of the world and tasks that you're supposed to do instead of thinking how she's gonna be each day.
