I considered that a career path once. Technically it still is although I would likely end up with Nasdaq Stockholm, which is a much less intense 50-60 hours a week - and you can probably get it down to 40 with some negotiating.
I don't view it poorly. The core idea that people forget is that you do not go into it as a lifetime commitment. Realistically you will do some years at that pace and then either advance, change or retire. It is not a career you do for 40 years and if you are good at it you can tap out at any moment with a healthy amount of funds and plenty of contacts to set up a more relaxed, comfortable living.
Maybe not 90 hours a week, but probably making wellover a million $$ a year
