Working in a warehouse, if two people get into a fight, but one of the fighters caused the fight, will one of them or both of them get fired?

You may be under some kind of delusion that rules at work are designed to teach or enforce some kind of moral or ethical behavior. This is isn’t elementary school. No one cares “who started it.” You WILL be fired for fighting. Your employer has no choice. They can’t accept the risk. You have to go.

Usually both if both fought. I've been an Ops Manager for several warehouses and that's usually how it goes. Chances are there will be footage of it somewhere, too. That being said I've only ever seen a couple of fights in 17 years.

Depends on your workplace. But probs the easiest thing is fire both.
