How do I embarras a girl at work when she threw me under the bus?

There's a girl at work who I thought was a friend.

I got told off by my manager for always talking to her.

So my manager said she said I always talk to her and it distracts her.

I know what she was trying to do. She didn't want to get herself in trouble so she blamed me.

I know that she will come over to my desk on Monday to chat.

I don't want to get in trouble so I want to embarrass her infront of people who are around me.

She threw me under the bus so I want her to know not to mess with me.

I was going to say something like:

"I can't talk to you right now. I'm busy working, I don't want to get distracted."

I know its immature, but Im just really surprised she did that to me.

Probably best to let it go. It's entirely possible your boss lied to you, especially if your boss is a woman. Best to get on with your own work rather than bother as chances are this other girl will dig her own grave with her lies. Next time your boss comes to you with that you say that you've no idea what the other girl is talking about and ask if there is no problem with your own work how can you be responsible for the other girl's poor work or lack of work. You gotta fight your corner.
