I've had an interviewer ask provocative questions in which company people like him had been criticized for their missing qualifications, which got obvious ironically in his provocative questions. He pointed out "missing" skills which were on the one hand similar to those I had and on the other hand not even needed, as I could see from another job ad later for the *same* job.
