Who is/was more a bully in your job: Your boss or your coworkers?

Co-workers. 2 or 3 of them were always teasing me and making fun of me! My boss was practically a very good friend to me! I've had over 60 jobs and, in most cases, the boss was quite friendly with me and, in some cases, some of the co-workers were more co-jerkers. At Cedar Point, I had 3 bosses. They all started out nice but two of them bitched and complained about almost everything I did whereas the third was pretty nice and stood up for me against the other two. When I was building swimming pools, most of my co's were assholes but my boss caught them doing shit the wrong way and pitched a bitch at them and saw that I could be counted on and decided to have me work exclusively with him for the rest of the summer. At the campus mailroom, all but one of the co's treated me nicely. He was just too full of himself. When I was inflating balloons, the boss treated me almost as his equal and liked my work so much that he gave me a raise twice in just the first week!!
I am the boss and we don't have bullies in our workplace. Hierarchy is strict but since it is family owned and lots more complicated than a traditional Western workplace, we don't feel like bullies have a place here.
Bullies exist where organizations are medium to big and profits are coming and there is excess workforce.
When you have your hands tied to work you can't have bullies at that workplace. This usually I saw at my university workplace and more Governmental organizations and large corporations with loose controls
My boss is, not really a bully but very demanding.

I haven’t encountered many bullies while working, but a few bosses were incompetent jerks.
Neither my boss or co workers are bullies. My boss is a good guy and we have a good relationship and i work with good people
I will not take any of that work hard enough. Without that BS all them out in front of everyone always puts them back in there box
My boss is a real jackass (I'm self-employed 😂)
A boss. She was aggressive and she always had to have someone to bully.
None since adulthood. Just my whole school life.
Luckily I don't need to work anymore
I don't think that's a thing where I'm at
Both can be
