In what situations do you feel your coworkers have bullied you?

I worked at a restaurant a while back as a server and a group of people there hated me. They used to fuck things up on purpose and try to blame it on me. But what they didn't realise was that the managers actually weren't as stupid as they thought and I was a lot better at playing that game than I looked. 😂

So I used to talk up the managers, plant all sorts of thoughts in their heads. I was intimidating because they all knew I was smart so if I could make certain managers feel like they had my genuine respect, I could pit the powerful ones against the ones who were friends with the people who sabotaged me.

And of course everyone knew to some extent what they were trying to do. I have insaine work ethic. I was doing everyone's work that they tried to act like it was my job. Eventually when I was working shifts where those people weren't there and all the hardest working people said they loved me, there was really nothing I could be held accountable for.

Then the final piece was the revenge. But I still had to be clever because these people were on my case about every little tiny thing. Like even if the busser missed a speck they'd find a way to say it was my fault. Because they were so rude to the busses that they would get to my tables first 😂 and I mean the whole place would be a mess and I'd have 3 clean tables haha. Which was crazy because I wasn't even paying them off like some of the others.

So the revenge part was getting the customers on my side. I slowly grew a Fanbase there by A just being good at my job and B sort of laying traps for the other people to try to call me out on stuff. They were so stupid they would try to blame me for a dustpan in my section right in front of a table of people I had laughing and having a good time 😂 (this was a lax sports bar) and then it would make them hate the other server, tell me all sorts of tea about my coworkers and tip me more.

Don't fuck with me bro, I was walking around there with the manager card by the time I left 😂

Not enough of them, that's for sure. Some guys just need to be bullied from time to time, and the workplace is as good an environment as any.
