Getting seven 2 year olds to sleep... one person job or two? My boss and hers seem to think I should be able to handle it by myself. Thoughts?

I'm assuming this is a daycare setting... isn't there a rule of a certain amount of carers to children?

Either way getting 1 toddler to sleep on your own is hard let alone 7.

Eight two year olds to one person. But there is always two people, sometimes three in there to get them to sleep and after nap one person has them. My boss made it clear that I should've been able to get them to sleep on my own because it's enough kids for one person

Even if you could, if you struggled to you should feel able to ask for a helping hand if some of them are being more difficult. Kids are unpredictable
