She doesn’t like me and has a problem with me. Three ago when I confronted her about it she didn’t want to talk to me about it so I let it go and I don’t talk to her unless it’s work related.

Who knows and honestly who cares, if I were you I wouldn’t even act like she existed unless talking was mandatory. You already know this woman doesn’t like you, so you know she won’t like anything you do including talks with people she talks to. It’s really stupid, and she just needs to grow up. You’ve already tried resolving whatever her issue is but she’d rather be avoidant so I would not give her another drop of energy if I were you. I’d probably even report it to someone higher up for hostility in the workplace.
