I would say yes. Whatever you study you are going to learn scientific research and learn how to bring well founded arguments.
If you are looking in the stem-field it matters what you study for your job later.
If not you just need the basics and can pretty much study what fits best to what you are going to use it.
The most important skill you learn in any bachelor is to 'learn how to learn' and if you need knowledge of something you should be able to read into that.

Unless it's STEM or something specialist like the graduate gemology course I looked at but at almost £22,000 well that was the end of that
