I would speak to a second-level or higher manager about it, and without making any accusations, I would politely ask if they could help prevent it or at least help minimize it. I would record or document our conversation and, if, in the unlikely event, it didn't improve, I would ask again and record or document our conversation. If in the extremely unlikely event, it still didn't improve, I would take the documentation to an attorney. I am certain that after a phone call or letter from an attorney, someone in high upper management would put a stop to it.

Furthermore, realization would not be an option. Upper management are too intelligent to do that because, if they did, they know they could be defending a $100,000 or greater lawsuit. And, high management doesn't want to go in front of a judge and explain why early on they took no action to prevent unlawful harassment, and why after you exercised your legal rights, your hours or pay had decreased. Nor do they want to spend $50,000 on attorney fees defending the case.

Depends on who is doing the bullying. If it's a boss, that sucks, report them to EEOC or HR or their boss or OSHA or whoever is appropriate in that context. If it's a coworker then just ignore them and report them to your boss. If it's just a colleague they shouldn't have any real power over you anyway.

Or you can grab them in the parking lot, punch them in the throat and while their gasping put a lightbulb in their mouth and slap the disrespect out of them. Just try to do it outside where the camera coverage is.

Give a typical case and can help better.

You could simply look for a new job as you stick it out at the current but I think it is better to work out how to deal with it.

Me personally, would make a plan. I ain't gonna be a mofos' bitch for the rest of my life. I'm gonna get out... with a plan. Sure, money may be a problem but it's better to be happy with my time than letting it be eaten by some assholes at my job.

2. Keep an accurate and complete record of the harassment and complaints filed. These are for the lawsuit you might be filing when you leave

I’d still stand up for myself and look for work elsewhere. You got to work to do your time and leave, not be bullied and have a hostile environment. At this point I’d rather be fired than mistreated.
