Should I quit my job even if it pays well and I'm successful?

I've been working in private security since 2016. In November last year I got headhunted for a big firm in my country, and in June I got made Security Manager.

Pay is excellent and both the owners and my superiors are happy with me, but the work is extremely stressful, I've grown tired of the industry and I'm not sure I want to go forward.

What should I do?

You could change jobs but chances are, no high paying job is going to be easy. Unless you get promoted enough times that you can control others instead of being controlled. If you switch, your new job might be just as hard.

You should get more than 4 hours of sleep per night. Other than that, I think you should continue your career, since you're so successful. An exception would be if your employers are corrupt or evil, in which case I'd quit for moral reasons.

You are still young enough to change careers. Think about what you want to do when you grow up and make a plan. Maybe it won't be easy but in the long run you will be glad you did it.

Nope, I took a week of vacation and got called/emailed every day
