Are you decisive in nature or indecisive?

I find myself indecisive on occasions when I almost think of every other outcome of my decision and ultimately ends up not doing it. Are you decisive coz you don't care about anything or what's your thought process?

I am only indecisive when it comes to situations where my actions may badly impact someone else. When it comes to situations where I am the only person that it can effect, im perfectly capable of making decisions.

Indecisive. Though I prefer the term “risk adverse” and it’s treated me well. My friend is complete opposite to the point where he takes unnecessary risks and it tends to blow up in his face.
