Best, it looks like, is now.
The worst? In known fashion company. I was literally punished for my autism treats.
In both places the same role Principal/Staff Software Engineer
The difference? Understanding of what neurodiversity is and how to help people to fit in.
Sorry for how the fashion company treated u did u sue them?
They paid enough on their own volition :D I had a good lawyer
Ok i see!
When I was 16, I worked fast food and really liked it. I was new to the area, so my coworkers were actually the first people I met and we all became very good friends. I worked with a girl a year older, she became my bestie and three older guys that became close to me also. We all knew and did our jobs and never complained. If a supply truck came, the guys would unload it and the girls would stock, we knew that worked the best. It was actually a lot of fun.
My worst experience is when I waitressed. The girls were constantly fighting over which tables to get (based entirely on regulars that tipped well) and I ended up getting stalked by two different costumers.
Warehouse work was the worst and sales was the best.
Ok lmao
