What’s the best and the worst experience that ever happened to u at work?

The best experience I've had at work was leading a project team that successfully developed a new training program, which significantly improved employee performance. Seeing the positive impact on both the team and the company was incredibly rewarding.

On the flip side, the worst experience was dealing with a challenging management change that led to misunderstandings and tension. either making a hot save, or bringing someone back from a heart attack, or other injury, the worst was telling a mom that her son had passed away from an OD on Mother's Day morning.
That one still sticks with me.

Thanks, our Chaplin made a couple of visits to the station, we all talked and he went out and blessed all of the trucks again.
