Why does this guy dislike my for no reason, when I did nothing to him but been polite?

Yeah it's weird because my mom tells me that women hold grudges for a long time but this dude has disliked me for long now. It's weird because we used to be good. I know right, I don't know if it's bipolar because I notice other guys who do that too sometimes. I have this manager who at times sound happy greeting me but other times he will sound slightly annoyed.
